條款及細則

  1. 本行之信用卡/扣賬卡積分優惠計劃之運作，以載於本目錄內的條款及細則為準，本行有全權決定本計劃之參加資格。
  2. 本行信用卡/扣賬卡之紅利積分不能轉讓予他人，主卡及附屬卡的分數將合併計算於主卡之賬戶內。另外，如客戶擁有超過一張本行信用主卡(包括VISA/ Mastercard/銀聯信用卡)，其所有賬戶內之紅利積分可作合併換領禮品之用(不適用於扣賬卡客戶)。
  3. 所有分期計劃供款、自動轉賬交易、基金/股票自動轉賬供款、澳門通自動加值交易、MPay加值交易、換購禮品金額、於本行訂購禮品之金額、現金透支、財務費用、逾期費用、所有手續費、其他未經許可的簽賬及銀聯信用卡之國內房地產、汽車銷售、公共醫院及學校費用之交易，均不包括於此計劃之積分計算內。
  4. 積分計劃不適用於myCar信用卡、web dollar網上信用卡、VIVA信用卡及宏富理財信用卡。
  5. 換領MPay澳門錢包加值額之回贈金額將於客戶申請換領日起計 50天內直接誌進其MPay賬戶內。客戶於本行登記之流動電話號碼必須與已綁定MPay之流動電話號碼相同，否則申請將自動作廢。不適用於銀聯信用卡。
  6. 本目錄有效期至 2025年6月30日止。
  7. 客戶可累積最近18個月之紅利積分，而VISA及Mastercard白金信用卡客戶則可累積最近24個月之紅利積分，所有逾期之紅利積分將被自動取消而毋須通知持卡人，客戶須於逾期紅利積分取消前最少七個工作天遞交訂購表格。列於持卡人最近一期月結單上之累積紅利總額方可作換領禮品之用，並以本行之記錄為準。
  8. 客戶作出換領/訂購申請時，賬戶狀況必須良好，無任何過額或欠款逾期未清，及未被本行或客戶取消或終止。否則，該客戶將不可換領/訂購任何禮品，而積分亦將被取消。
  9. 換領/訂購禮品之申請須經本行接納及確定有足夠紅利積分，並同時視乎禮品之供應量以及申請客戶之信用額是否足夠(只限於訂購禮品)，始為有效。
  10. 若客戶賬戶內所餘之積分或信用額，不足以換領/訂購指定之禮品，該項申請將會自動作廢。
  11. 若客戶擁有超過一張本行信用主卡(包括VISA/Mastercard/銀聯信用卡)，當其申請禮品之賬戶內所餘積分不足以換領/訂購指定之禮品時，本行之電腦系統將自動於該客戶之其他信用卡賬戶內扣除所需之紅利積分。
  12. 所有禮品換領/訂購申請一經接納，均不得作任何更改或取消。
  13. 所有禮品換領/訂購所需之積分及款項將即時由賬戶內按信用卡幣別扣除，有關資料將於下一期之月結單上清楚列明。
  14. 禮品換領/訂購需時六個星期處理。
  15. 本行將以短訊形式發送電子兌換券到客戶留存於本行的手機號碼。所有禮品均須於指定有效期內前往領取，逾期無效，而換領/訂購該禮品之金額及積分將不予退還。
  16. 所有電子兌換券及現金優惠券均不得退換及折現，現金優惠券如有損毀或遺失將不予補發或賠償，並須遵守有關簽發商所訂之條款約束。
  17. 本行對所有換領/訂購之禮品/服務之使用情況及質素，概不承擔責任，客戶請於收貨時驗收。所有禮品不設退貨。
  18. 本行並不作任何闡述或保証有關產品的質素或知識產權之擁有權。
  19. 禮品換領/訂購供應量有限，以先到先得為準，換完即止。禮品價格如有更改，本行恕不另行通知。 禮品型號日後如有更新，本行可能提供同性能的新型號予以代替。
  20. 如優惠積分的累積或訂購申請涉及任何舞弊及欺詐成份，所有已累積的優惠積分可能被取消。
  21. 客戶所換領之禮品(包括現金簽賬額)均不得轉讓、轉換或以任何形式提取。
  22. 本行保留權利可隨時取消、更改或取代各項禮品或換領細則，及可隨時更改本計劃之條款及細則，而毋須事前通知。
  23. 本目錄內所有圖片及產品說明只供參考。
  24. 華僑銀行(澳門)股份有限公司對因本計劃之任何內容所引起之任何爭議，保留最終決議權。
  25. 本條款及細則的中英文本有任何差歧，概以中文本為準。

Terms and conditions

  1. The Bank's Credit Card / Debit Card Bonus Point Scheme is subject to the terms and conditions set out in this catalog, which are at the sole discretion of the Bank.
  2. The bonus points of the Bank's credit/debit cards are not transferable between cardholders but the points of the principal and supplementary cards can be combined into the principal card account. In addition, if the customer has more than one credit card (including VISA/Mastercard/CUP card) the points in the cards under his/her name can be counted altogether for gift redemption (not applicable to debit card customers).
  3. The bonus point is not applicable to the below transactions: all installment repayments, auto-pay, autopay of Unit Trust/securities Installment Plan, Macau Pass auto-reload service, MPay Top-up transactions, gift redemption, purchase of the Bank’s special offer coupons/ tickets/ gifts, cash advances, financial charges, overdue charges late charges, all handling charges, other unauthorized transactions or UnionPay credit card transactions for real estate in mainland, car sales, public hospital and tuition fees.
  4. Bonus Point Program is not applicable to myCar Credit Card, web dollar credit card, VIVA Credit Card and Premier Banking Credit Card.
  5. The redemption of the Top-up amount of the MPay will be credited directly to the customer's MPay account within 50 days after redemption. The mobile phone number registered with the Bank must be the same as that registered with MPay, otherwise the application will be automatically voided. This service is not applicable to CUP Credit Card.
  6. This catalog is valid until June 30, 2025.
  7. Customers can accumulate bonus points for the latest 18 months, while VISA and Mastercard Platinum Credit Card customers can accumulate bonus points for the latest 24 months. Expired bonus points will be forfeited automatically without prior notice. The redemption form must be submitted at least 7 working days prior to the expiry date. The accumulated bonus points shown on the latest monthly statement of the Cardholder will be eligible for gift redemption and subject to the Bank's record.
  8. The customer's account must be in good standing at the time of redemption with no over limit or outstanding balances and no account cancellation or termination. Otherwise, the customer will not be able to redeem any gift and the points will be forfeited.
  9. Application for gift redemption/order is subject to the Bank's acceptance and confirmation of sufficient bonus points, as well as to gift stocks and the credit limit of the applicant (for gift order only).
  10. The application will be voided automatically if the remaining points or credit limit in the customer's account is insufficient for the redemption/order of the designated gift.
  11. If a customer has more than one principal credit card (including VISA/Mastercard/CUP Credit Card) and when the remaining points in the customer's gift application account are insufficient to redeem/order the designated gift, the Bank's computer system will automatically deduct the required bonus points from the customer's remaining credit card account.
  12. Once the gift redemption/order request is accepted, no change or cancellation is allowed.
  13. All bonus points and payment required for gift redemption/order will be deducted from the account immediately by credit card currency and the relevant information will be shown on the next monthly statement.
  14. Gift redemption/ordering takes six weeks to process.
  15. The Bank will send an e-Coupon via SMS to the mobile phone number registered with the Bank. All gifts must be collected within the specified expiry date, after which the redemption/order amount and points will not be refunded.
  16. All e-coupons and cash coupons cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded. In case of damage or loss of cash coupons, they are non-replacement and non-reimbursable, all coupons will be bound by the terms and conditions of the issuer.
  17. The Bank accept no liability for the quality to the gifts or services provided by the participating suppliers/merchants . All gifts are non-refundable nor returnable.
  18. The Bank does not make any representation or warranty as to the quality of the product or the intellectual property rights.
  19. Redemption is on a first-come-first-served basis and is subject to availability. The prices of the gifts are subject to change without prior notice. Should the model number of the gift be updated in the future, the Bank may provide a new model with the same performance as substitute.
  20. Any fraudulent use or abuse of the Program or the redemption process may result in forfeiture of the accrued bonus points.
  21. The redeemed gift (including the cash credit) cannot be transferred, exchanged or withdrawn by any means.
  22. The Bank reserves the right to suspend, change or replace the gift or amend the terms of conditions of the gift redemption or the program at any time without prior notice.
  23. All images and product descriptions in this catalog are for reference only.
  24. In case of disputes, OCBC Bank (Macau) Limited reserves the right to make any final decisions for this program.
  25. Should there be any discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Terms & Conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.
