  2. 閣下知悉並同意若閣下上列之信用卡賬戶所餘積分不足以換領所列禮品，本行將自動於閣下之其他信用卡賬戶內扣除剩餘所需之紅利積分。(如適用)
  3. 如「所需金額」為「0」，即閣下選擇以淨積分換領禮品。
  4. 扣賬卡客戶只適用於以淨積分換領禮品。
  5. 網上積分換領不適用於捐款項目。
  6. 經傳真或網上換購，無需再交回換購表格，以免重複。

  2. I understand and agree that if the bonus points of the above credit card are not sufficient to redeem the selected gift, the Bank will automatically deduct the bonus points in any other credit cards of mine to pay for the outstanding bonus points needed for the gift redemption (if applicable).
  3. If the “Amount Required” shows “0”, it means that the redemption is performed with bonus points only.
  4. Debit Card Cardholders can redeem the gifts with bonus points only.
  5. Online bonus point redemption service is not applicable to donations.
  6. To avoid duplicate redemption, please do not resubmit this form if you have faxed or submitted it online.
  7. Redemption forms shall be submitted at least 7 working days before your bonus points expired. The redeemed bonus points and amount required will be deducted immediately from your credit card/debit card account.
