Eligibility
- Registered at the Financial Services Bureau (DSF) for tax purposes and operated in the Macau for at least 1 year;
- The individual commercial entrepreneurs (individual owners) must be Macau residents; the collective person commercial entrepreneurs (corporate owners) must have over 50% of their capital contributed by residents of the Macau;
- Employ no more than 100 employees in Macau;
- In an appropriate economic, financial or organizational status, and not a debtor of the Macau SAR.

- Business Tax Certificate (M1 & M8)
- Financial statements of the company for the past 3 years
- Records of other banks for the past 1 year
- List of supplies and buyers
- Business contracts and invoices
- Lending history and repayment record in other banks
- ID copies of the sole proprietor/shareholders and their valid residential address proof (within the latest 3 months)
